I used to do that too, but eventually you learn to play the same stakes, and not move up, until your bankroll can actually support 3-4 big losses in a game. If you’re moving up to $400 you should stay at 25c-50c and grind your major bankroll up, rather than risking 1/4 1/2 or all of your bankroll on one 1/2 game.

Very true!. I usually deposit about 60…i will play .25/.50 till im at about 140 or so….and eventually i’ll move to a .50/1…I will amost always stay there for a long while….seems i do best there with my playing style…and once and if i grind my way to 400…the highest i play is 1/2…..and once i make it to that point…its never faile me…i usually cash out around 700 to 900……i always play within my limits cause you never know when ur gonna have second best hand get beat by the only hand that can beat you and then loose ur bankroll. The highest i’ve ever played on bovada was 2/4……i made money at the table…but the action and bets were just insane and everyone was callin with garbage…so i left cause i didnt wanna get put into a situation where i was forced to go all in with a good hand but its beat on the flop by rags.
